Artie delivers over 10 years’ experience in real estate and extensive specialization in risk management, customer experience, and real estate insurance strategy innovation. As CEO, he oversees Woodlyn Schwartz insurance strategy, design, and innovation practices while continuing to advise clients on their risk management and insurance goals.
He has worked across a wide range of markets such as multi-family housing, student housing, affordable housing, REIT, retail, industrial, and more. Some of his innumerable charitable and social endeavors, include Overbrook High School and Saint Joseph's University, among several others.
Artie speaks frequently on the topics of innovation, real estate risk, public insurance adjusting and customer-centered marketing strategies. His company remains privately held today, while providing a full spectrum of insurance advisory products & services for an elite client base.
Artie is currently serving on Creative Entrepreneurs’ board of directors, having been involved with the organization since leading Woodlyn Schwartz search for a pro bono partner in 2011.
Artie has a lifelong love of dining at restaurants throughout the city, where he enjoys spending time with family and friends.
